Beloved MOTHER OF JUQUILA, My spiritual Mother, Virgin of hope, please forgive me for my sins for they are many, deliver me from all evil.

In this world of sin and misery, do not leave me.  I come to you in this time of need because I don't know what to do (ASK FOR YOUR REQUEST HERE) My dear Mother, please make it possible for me (REQUEST)so I can make my own personal peregrinate to your Sanctuary in Oaxaca, Mexico to give thanks for the miracle I am asking for in this time of need.

Please free me of all type of sins and be with me the rest of my life.  Amen.
